FOCUS Homeschool Seniors

Senior Allotment Spending – FOCUS Compact page 5, “Materials”; page 10 “Student Allotments” and “Rollover Funds/Graduating Students Allotment Funds”.

·  Graduating Students Allotment Funds – Graduating students need to plan to ensure purchases are made with consideration of time remaining with the program.  Items approved for purchase should receive reasonable use during the remaining time enrolled.  Unused funds of graduating students will not roll over.

-This means that, just like your personal budget, you should think through and plan for purchases Senior year, in order for the items to receive “reasonable use” while you are enrolled with FOCUS.  For example, if you try to purchase a laptop at the end of April, but you’re graduating in two weeks, that purchase will not be approved from Allotment.

– When requesting a pr for a class or lessons, you need to give, at least, 2 weeks for processing prior to the start date.
